What is your cancellation policy?

Due to our limited number of spots for our semester classes, cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the scheduled date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this time will receive a credit for a future class. For our one day workshops cancellations made 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. JEM STARS reserves the right to cancel or combine classes due to low enrollment.

Do you offer make-up classes for missed classes?

At this time, we do not offer makeup classes for classes missed.

Do you offer birthday parties?

Yes! We would love to give your star a FABULOUS birthday! Please visit our Birthday Parties page for more information.

Do you offer financial assistance?

JEM STARS believes that every child deserves a Positive Performing Arts Experience! Please email us at education@jemstarspac.com if your child needs financial assistance in order to participate in our programs.

Do you partner with schools or organizations?

Yes! If you would like to bring JEM STARS to your community please email us at education@jemstarspac.com

Do you provide snack/lunch during class or camp?

No, we do not provide snack/lunch.
